Van Gogh Designs opening SOFA showroom

Toronto-area space will debut next week

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Contemporary upholstery specialist Van Gogh Designs will open a showroom in the SOFA section of the International Centre here this month.

The 2,100-square-foot space in Suite 211 will open Sept. 29.

Based in the Vancouver, British Columbia, area, Van Gogh Designs is best known as a producer of tag order contemporary fabric upholstery but also offers occasional tables, headboards and beds.

SOFA - an acronym for Source of Furniture and Accessories - is the permanent showroom section of the International Centre, which hosts the Canadian Home Furnishing Market each January.

Also on Sept. 29, SOFA will launch its new Design Lab, a series of trade-only seminars targeting the Canadian design and decorator sector. The facility's website is at www.visitsofa.com.
